While much of the executive coaching work is 1:1 with senior leaders, Frontline & Emerging Leader programs develop new managers, recently promoted supervisors, and high-potentials through workshops and cohort programs. The same Whole Leader Model applies at every level — calibrated to where the leader is.


For groups, cohort programs typically deliver the strongest results — combining workshop sessions, peer learning, application work, and optional 1:1 coaching over three to six months. For organizations testing the approach first, a single workshop or short series can build momentum. A consultation helps determine the right starting point.
